We will endeavour to sell items as quickly as possible, but it can sometimes take time for more unusual parts, or highly decorated parts to sell. We will list the item on the website for 4 months, and if it hasn’t sold in that time we will contact you to see if you would like to continue the listing or have the item returned to you. There is an admin fee of £15 plus a standard courier fee of £25, payable up front to return the item to you.
-
Funds will be paid directly to your bank account once the items have sold, minus the commission fee. In accordance with Distance selling regulations, we must permit up to 30 days for the sale to clear. We will process your % of the final sale price and contact you to advise you your payment has been made on the 30th day of the new buyer owning the saddle. This may seem like a long time, but bear in mind if you accept payment from a buyer privately via PayPal, they can open a case against you for up to 180 days after the sale has gone through! We remove that risk for you, so you can rest assured the money is yours!
